12月1日(金)に、スクーバ！始めての交流会を行いました。
一回目は台湾料理。
台湾出身の講師に来ていただき、集まった7人で楽しく「蔥抓餅(葱油餅/ツォンヨゥピン/Ts'ung-yu-ping)」という台湾料理を作りました。

蔥抓餅は、台湾ではよく朝ごはんとして食べられているそうです。
家庭で作るのではなく、屋台で買うことが多いそうなので、講師の先生も「あまり作ったことがないです。笑」と話してくれました。
ということで、皆で楽しくわいわいと、試行錯誤しながらの調理。
結果、とても美味しい蔥抓餅ができました！

卵はトッピングとしてつけるそうなので、なしにすればヴィーガンの方も食べられます。
(蔥抓餅自体は動物性の材料を使っていません！※本場では豚の油を使うそうなので、その点は注意です。)
気になるお味は…。
味付けは塩だけなのでとてもシンプルなのですが、ネギの風味と表面のさくさく感、中央のもちもち食感も相まって、とても美味しかったです！
参加者全員からも大好評で、とても楽しく美味しく食べることができました。
こちらは先生からの差し入れ、黒糖と生姜のホットドリンク。
お湯に黒糖と刻んだ生姜を入れただけでできる本当にシンプルな飲み物なのですが、黒糖の甘みと香り、生姜の鼻を抜ける風味と、身体が温まる感じがすごく心地良い一品でした！

We held the first meeting of SCUBA on Dec. 1st. It was a cooking party and we made a Taiwanese food called 蔥抓餅 (Ts'ung-yu-ping) with a teacher from Taiwan and 7 participants. People usually eat it as breakfast. It's NOT a home-cooked meal. People go out to buy it from streetside food stalls.
蔥抓餅 is made from plain flour, water, green leek, salt, and vegetable oil. It can be a vegan dish (In Taiwan, they use pig fat as oil so keep it in mind when you eat it there.). If you want, put a fried egg on top of it then it makes the flavor richer!
蔥抓餅 is very simple but it is very delicious. Everyone liked it at the party. Also, the whole cooking process was so fun! I would like to say thank you to the teacher, and every participant.
Next time, we'll have a Holiday Gift Exchange Party on Dec. 23rd, 2023.

ホリデーシーズンに、100均縛り！クリスマスプレゼント交流会をしませんか？
ルールは簡単！
①100円ショップから誰かへのプレゼントを買ってください。
(上限は550円です。勿論、買うのは110円分でも330円分でもいいです。自分のお財布と相談してください。)

②プレゼントを集めます。
③プレゼントを選ぶ順番は、ゲームバトルで決定します。

台湾出身の先生(LGBTQA+アライ)をお招きし、台湾料理を教えてもらいながら、みんなで作って食べて、お話しましょう！
2023年11月現在、台湾はアジアで唯一同性婚が認められている国です。
台湾のLGBTQA+事情について、先生に教えてもらうこともできるかも？
もちろん、
・「ただ新しい料理を覚えたい！」「美味しいものが食べたい」
・「同じLGBTQA+の人とお話したい！」
という方も大歓迎です。
今回はLGBTQA+当事者対象のイベントとなりますので、ご留意下さい。
